Congratulations to Sullivan alumnus Rory McIlroy, who has officially etched his name into the history books by winning the 89th Masters Tournament at Augusta National! With this incredible victory, Rory becomes only the sixth male golfer ever to complete the coveted career Grand Slam—a monumental achievement that cements his legacy among golf's all-time greats.
After years of relentless pursuit and near-misses, Rory's perseverance, passion, and precision have finally paid off on golf’s most iconic stage. The Green Jacket has found a worthy champion, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to see it worn by one of our own.
Green looks good on you, Rory!
Your Sullivan Alumni family is proud beyond words. You have not only made golf history—you have inspired an entire community with your grit, grace, and greatness.
From the fairways of Holywood to the greens of Augusta, your journey is a testament to hard work and heart. We will be cheering for you every step of the way.
What a moment. What a champion. What a legacy.
