How do I join Sullivan Connect?

It’s easy. Simply click on the Click to Join button. You can either fill in the registration form or join using your social media.

Why should I get involved? 

You can reconnect with your old friends from the School; make new friends from the large community of Sullivan Alumni; browse a growing gallery of social, sporting and cultural photos from our College archives and uploaded by users; network and, much more!

In time we will be rolling functionality to allow you to join various clubs, for example, a year group or a club related to a sporting, music or drama activity. You’ll also eventually be able to use the platform to organise your reunions and sign up to Sullivan Connect events.

My details have changed since I first registered. How do I update them?

Once you log in to Sullivan Connect you can edit your profile details by clicking on your name of photo on the top right hand corner of the screen and selecting the option to Edit Profile.

How can I find old friends?

Click on the Reconnect tab on the menu and use any of the search filters to find classmates and teachers from your time at school. You can type in part of all of the name, and you can also search by year group using either of the Year From or Year To boxes.

Once you have found your contact, you can send them an invitation to connect.

Can I invite friends that I am already in touch with to join Sullivan Connect?

Yes! There are a couple of ways to do this.

You can invite friends to join the network by clicking on the invite link on the Reconnect tab and sending them an email from the page. You can use the Search Directory on the Reconnect page to see if your old friends are registered, or invite them to join if they do not yet have an online profile.

Alternatively, you could simply share the link to the Sullivan Connect sign up page link with your friends through email or your social media.

How do I share stories and photos on this site?

Similar to other social media platforms, you can share stories and personal photos with your connections! You can comment on news articles or photos and send messages to friends you have connected with. You can also post comments and photos on the Forum.

Can I share a story I think is newsworthy in the news section? How?  

Yes! We would love to hear about your newsworthy story and share it with the rest of the Alumni community.

Simply scroll to the bottom of the News page, click on the option to submit a story and fill out the form. Please don’t forget to include a photo if possible.

Can I add photos to a gallery? How do I do this?

We would love to add your photos to our growing gallery of social, sporting and cultural photos!

Please email any photos you have to hello@sullivanconnect.co.uk. Please include the year the photo was taken and, if possible, any information you can remember, particularly names of those in the photo, so we can share that with the rest of the community.

All photos must be 2MB or smaller to be uploaded.

How long after I submit a gallery photo or a news article will it be visible on the website?

Photos and news articles that are approved should be visible on Sullivan Connect within a couple of days. 

What is not allowed on this site?

All posts and photos may be viewed by all Alumni, and by the platform's administrators. We request you avoid posting anything that may offend. Any photos or comments that the admin team deem unwarranted will be deleted, and individual accounts may be suspended from the portal.
