Business Directory Terms and Conditions
A listing in the Business Directory costs £75 for a 12 month period.
Membership will taken using Paypal. You can make payment without the need for a Paypal account - your payment can be made using a wide range of credit or debit card. Your Business Directory Membership will be automatically renewed annually until it is cancelled. Once you make a payment, the next collection date is included on the information issued by Paypal.
We reserve the right to refuse/cancel membership.
There is a 14 day cooling off period during which you can cancel your Sullivan Connect Business Directory Membership and receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel your membership during this period, please email the request to us hello@sullivanconnect.co.uk with the title 'Business Directory Cancellation'. A member of the team will respond to you by acknowledging your request and confirming that the refund will be made to your original payment method.
If you wish to cancel your Business Directory membership after the 14 day cooling-off period there will be no refund of the fee paid. Please email the request to us athello@sullivanconnect.co.uk with the title 'Business Directory Cancellation' and advise whether or not you wish your business profile to remain on the Directory. A member of the team will respond to you by acknowledging your request and confirming that any future billing has been cancelled.
