Name: Jack McNeill
Current location: Durham/Belfast
Occupation: Studying Natural Sciences at Durham University
Year 2012-2019
I was a wee bit shy and weird at the start of my time at Sullivan, but I got a bit more confident as time went on.
Hopefully as a decent bloke as I didn’t cause too much trouble.
All the maths department that I was taught by were very good teachers, and you could have a decent chat to them in the later years of school.
My favourite subjects were maths and physics, and my least favourite was English, mostly because I was terrible at it.
Leavers party because it was a really nice send off to our year, who were all really friendly, as well as formal which was pretty great as well!
Paulo Nutini, Brian Cox, David Attenborough, David Mitchell and Martin Luther King
Football player, and then when I got a bit older a tennis player.
Grow your hair, you look like a tennis ball.
Being part of organising the formal for our year because it was a great night and everyone who came seemed to really enjoy it, as well as the teachers!
High Hopes – Paulo Nutini
Best purchase – an ice cream that I bought after completing my Duke of Edinburgh expedition, it was very much needed
Worst purchase – a plane ticket for June 2020
That I have met Rafa Nadal a couple times, in Majorca and at Queens tennis tournament in London.
Perspective is key
