Ards ladies hockey club capped off a marvellous season on Wednesday night by being presented with The Legacy Wealth Management Ulster Premiership trophy following a victory over Lisnagarvey and a runaway league season.
On top of this they gained promotion to the top tier of the EY All Ireland league last weekend and this follows on from Ards being crowned Irish indoor champions in February.
We are extremely proud to report that Sullivan played its part in that success with five past & present pupils being part of the squad.
A huge congratulations goes to Ali Scott (class of 2010), Zara Malseed (class of 2015), Rebecca Beggs (Class of 2025), Lucy Andrews (Year 13) & Tara McCombe (Year 13).
All of us at the Alumni Association are immensely proud of your efforts and its testament to the fact that we are so lucky to have such fine coaching staff at the school who play a vital role in the nurturing and development of all our hockey players! Here’s to more success in the future.
