Jack and two friends spent from the 9th - 24th September taking part in a Rickshaw Run, travelling from Gangtok in the North of India to Fort Kochi in the South, a distance of around 3500km.

The Rickshaw, which is provided for the journey but which the team had to maintain along the way, is a 2 stroke, single cylinder 145cc engine with an 8 litre fuel capacity and a top speed of around 50 km/hour.

The friends were raising money for Cool Earth, who work alongside indigenous villages to halt deforestation as well as Bowel Cancer UK and Strongminds. To date they have raised over £2000.
