Sullivan Connect was set up in September 2020 in bid to create a vibrant alumni community for the school and since launch has seen steady growth.

Chris Warnock, Chair of Sullivan Upper School's Board of Governors said;

"We have long suspected that there is a strong feeling of goodwill and community amongst our former pupils - we saw it in action back in 2016 with our highly successful, sold out Gala Ball - and Sullivan Connect, which is an online hub for our alumni,  has been created to harness that.

If you are a former pupil, teacher or even parent associated with the school you can get involved, no matter where you are in the world. Our popular 'Exiles' series is testament to that, with former pupils in Alaska, Nova Scotia, Morocco and Tasmania all taking part so far."

Former pupils, teachers, parents and friends of the school are encouraged to take just a couple of minutes to register as members of Sullivan Connect and from there can search for and reconnect with former classmates, friends and teachers as well as enjoy regular news features and share anecdotes, stories and photographs.

Brian Cave, Chair of the Sullivan Connect Committee commented;

"We are absolutely delighted to have reached the 1000 member milestone within a year of launching Sullivan Connect, particularly in the context of the pandemic where Covid restrictions have meant that we've not been able to hold any in-person alumni events or socials.

However, as restrictions ease there is plenty to look forward to. The Sullivan Golf Society is having a Golf Day on 27th August and we're in the early stages of planning an evening event which will take place in the Autumn. Watch this space."

We are looking forward to running some in-person events as Covid restrictions ease but what sort of events would you like to attend? Please click here to let us know.
