The event is open to all Sullivan alumni, staff (current and previous), Governors, parents and friends of Sullivan and will take place at Knock Golf Club.

Tickets are priced at £40 to include green fee, competition entry and evening meal (£15 for members of Knock Golf Club) and there is also a ticket option for non golfers who may wish to join for the evening priced at £15.
